To the birth of the lake that is the second stage.
This is a more classical part.
The river offers a cool ride.
The lake depth is decreasing until you can see the stones at the bottom of the Verdon.
That is where the pedal or electric boats stop as well as the tired paddlers.
On this part it is possible to get off the canoe, but the riverside can be muddly according the water level.
It is two hours long (6 km return).

The tour is divided in 4 stages :

1/ To the "Cascade" : 1 hour return (3 km return)

2/ To the birth of the lake : 2 hours return (6 km return)

- 1 hour more for bath and pic-nic -

3/ In the river’s bed : 3 hours return (8 km return)

- 1 hour more for bath and pic-nic -

4/ Walking in the river’s bed to the point " défilé of the Rouvière" (one hour more - 1 km return). More information at the welcome office.
